You are welcome to pick up your items yourself from our warehouse. Booking is needed in advance so we can prepare your items before you arrive. Same day pick up is possible but you may need to wait for a while. Normally, you can pick it up in 1 - 2 days after we’ve received your payment.

If your location isn't included in the above list, we rely on third-party logistics firms, typically MainFreight, for our deliveries. Please be aware that we're unable to alter Mainfreight's delivery schedule within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. It's crucial to ensure someone is present on-site for the Mainfreight delivery, as third-party deliveries are governed by their own policies beyond our influence. Failure to have someone present may incur additional charges for a second delivery attempt.

Delivery Terms

A flat $50 delivery fee applies to any order, regardless of order size, along our designated routes.
For alternative routes, please refer to the specific page where the applicable delivery route is displayed.
Rural addresses are excluded from this offer.
Only locally stocked items qualify. Orders containing products that require inter-island transfers are not eligible.
Warehouse clearance items and showroom floor samples are also excluded.

Delivery Details

Delivery is to driveway or ground-level entrance only.
For items over 30kg, one able-bodied person must be available on-site to assist with unloading.
This is a single-person delivery service: the driver will not enter the home, carry items upstairs, or handle items beyond ground-level drop-off.
Where possible, the driver may assist in placing items in a safe, sheltered area (e.g., garage or carport) with accessible entry.

Delivery Scheduling

We will provide you with the latest possible delivery time. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, you may request that delivery not occur on a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Customers will be notified of the delivery schedule at least 3 working days in advance.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, and prior authorization has been given, items may be left in a secure location at the driver’s discretion.

Additional Terms

This offer cannot be combined with other freight discounts.
Offer is not retroactive and applies only to new orders placed during the promotional period.
Shipping is discounted to $50 at checkout but is not considered the standard delivery fee. In the event of a return, the original shipping cost remains non-refundable.
