Q: Tell me about the manufacturer.
A: One of the last a few "big factories" in NZ to supply the main stream channels. We use this one because of the top quality, good after sales service, high standard of the material and craftsmanship and accurate deliver time.
Q: Deliver time after order confirmed?
A: Deliver time vary from 1 week to 1 month depending on the availability of the fabric. Normally within 2 weeks.
Q: Fabric Brands?
A: Most of the fabrics are supplied by WARWICK, ROWE and CHARLES PARSONS.
Q: Fabric Availability:
A: As major fabric suppliers in NZ, they keep most of the fabric in stock but sometimes the fabric may need to be couriered from Australia. That may cause some delay.
Q: Fabric Grade?
A: The fabric has two grades: Plain Fabric and patterned Fabric. When we say patterned fabric, that means we use plain fabric as the body of the sofa and those striped or patterned fabrics on ONE SIDE of the CUSHION.

Q: Can I use those striped or patterned fabrics on both side of the cushion?
A: Yes, but it need to be re-quoted by the sofa factory. Price will be higher. And, just think if you can flip the cushions to get more designs.
Q: Can I use those striped or patterned fabrics as the body of the sofa?
A: Yes, but it need to be re-quoted by the sofa factory. Price probably will be much higher.
Q: May I make my own size?
A: Yes, any size, any configuration! Please send us details and we will pass it to the factory to make quotation.
Q: May I change my mind or cancel the order?
A: Yes, if its before the factory cut the fabric and making the frame.
Q: After sales service?
A: 1 year on Fabric, 1 year on mechanism, 5 Years on Foam, 10 Years on Frame.
Remarks: Limited options for pattern fabric.
