How to Buy

Add products into shopping cart

1. When you decide what you want to purchase, just click "Add to cart" to add product into your shopping cart.

2. You can view the content of your shopping cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" at any time to view items currently in your shopping cart.

 



3. In the condition of viewing your shopping cart, you can:

  • Change quantity
  • Cancel the order (empty the shopping cart)
  • Continue shopping
  • To check out.

4. You can login before you buy anything. Or, you can just buy anything and you will be asked to login after you completed buying and click "check out". If you are still a new customer( un-registered ), you can register firstly before buying anything or just register when check out. The system will ask you for registration.

 

 Submite the order and wait for us to confirm on shipping cost.

 

Due to the complicity of the shipping system, there is no way to work out the shipping cost by program. 
So please submit the order and we will work out the shipping cost manually.

The shipping fee is normally charged by 2 factors: The cubic meters and shipping location. 
We can get good shipping rate for some major cities like Wellington and Tauranga, but for some small towns, especially when out of the town, the shipping rate is pretty high.

We will check the order and update the shipping fee and email to inform you. 
You can then log into "MY ORDERS", click this order and follow the link to check out.

To submit the order is free so you can complete or cancel the order with no obligation.

*If you can not wait for us to review the order, please contact us asking to process this order ASAP. 
But If you think the shipping cost is correct, you can checkout straightly.

The shipping fee will shown "To be confirmed" before the actual shipping cost confirmed.

In case the shipping fee is pre-set and no need to confirm, you can submit the order and follow the payment link to pay for the order.

After ifurniture team works out the actual shipping cost, we will send an email to inform you.
You can then log into "MY ORDERS", click this order and follow the link to check out.

Payment Options

Payment options:

You can pay by the following methods:

A. Bank deposit/bank transfer/ Internet banking/Telephone banking.

Important: All deposits or bank transfers should be accompanied by the ORDER NUMBER. as the Reference no. And additionally. --If possible, the purchaser's NAME used on our website.

B. Cheque.

If pay by cheque, product delivery through this method is subject to receipt of the money into our bank account. Usually, it takes 5 working days after we deposit the cheque in the bank. Products will be sent after this time.

Please make sure that the cheque is payable to Cloud 7 Limited. 

C. Cash.

When pick up at pickup point. Or cash on delivery on the consent of we arranging our staff or some delivery person to send product directly to your place.

D. EFTPOS.

You can use EFTPOS in our shop when pick up.


Note: Credit card, Q card and Farmers card payment pls add 3% and we have the right to decline the credit card payment without pin # on eftpos terminals.  

E. Online credit card payment:

We use PAYPAL to accept online credit card payment. Sorry due to our unbeliveable low margin, we have to add the 3.4% and $0.45 per transaction's PAYPAL PROCESSING FEE.

You can use online banking or bank deposit to save the 3.4% when the payment is a big sum.

Payment safety:

As you see, it is safe to pay with all the payment options. We do not handle or keep the buyer's finance information.
So we will not process the credit card payment via telephone or email. Also we want to mention that this is very risky to youself.

Layby & WINZ Quote

Layby

We can do layby for most of our products up to 4 to 6 weeks. Normally we require the first payment of no less than 20% to be paid once tnsaction confirmed. We do not have to refund you the layby deposit if you finally changeyour mind.

WINZ Quote

Yes, we are happy to provide free WINZ / Work and Income or Social Welfare quotes for all of our product and service.

And Work and Income has our account on file.

Please talk to your staff or send us an email if you are not in the shop, telling us what need and we will print or email you a printable WINZ QUOTATION. Once we receive the confirmation from WINZ then we will deliver the goods ASAP.

All finance is subject to credit approval on purchase $500 and over.

All Finance contracts incur:

  • Establish Fee: $60.00
  • Credit Check Fee: $4.40
  • Monthly Account Fee: $2.75/month

  • No deposit finance (credit criteria apply)
